Quotations and Site Visits

Site visits and measurements are free and carry no obligation.
A quotation is based on the measurements and site condition seen at the visit.
If the site condition or requirements change, the quotation may change, and we will tell you first.

Installation Work

You confirm that you own the property or have permission to have the work done, including any approval needed from a building association.
Please give our team safe access to the area on the agreed day.
Work timing depends on the size and site conditions, and the time given at quotation is an estimate.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in the written quotation or confirmation we give you for each job.

Warranty and Care

Any warranty or after-sales support for a particular job is stated in the quotation or confirmation for that job. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, and changes made by others after installation are not covered. Following our care advice helps your installation last longer.
